Terms of Service
These Terms describe the rules for using LeadPaw, a service that helps businesses respond to Instagram comments with configured private replies or Direct messages.
1. Service Description
LeadPaw lets a business connect an Instagram professional account, configure campaigns with keywords or matching rules, and send a configured message with a link when an Instagram comment matches a campaign. The service may change as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may use LeadPaw only if you have authority to connect and manage the Instagram professional account, campaigns, messages, links, and business workspace used with the service. If you use LeadPaw for a company or client, you represent that you have permission to act on their behalf.
3. Account Access
LeadPaw uses Instagram OAuth to request permissions needed for comment processing and messaging. You may revoke access through Instagram or Meta settings where connected apps are managed. If access is revoked, related automation may stop working.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for campaign keywords, matching rules, response text, button titles, and destination URLs.
- You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, messaging rules, and applicable laws.
- You must not use LeadPaw to send spam, deceptive messages, malware, phishing links, or unauthorized communications.
- You must not use LeadPaw to collect or process sensitive data unless you have all required rights, notices, and consents.
- You must ensure that your offers, landing pages, Telegram bots, or other destination links are lawful and accurate.
5. Platform Dependencies
LeadPaw depends on Instagram and Meta APIs, webhooks, permissions, account status, and platform requirements. API behavior, permissions, rate limits, and availability may change outside our control. We do not guarantee message delivery or uninterrupted platform access.
6. Acceptable Use
We may suspend or limit access if usage appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, harmful to recipients, harmful to platform integrity, or inconsistent with Meta or Instagram requirements. We may also disable campaigns that appear to create excessive duplicate messages or misleading user experiences.
7. Data and Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Changes to the Service
Features, screens, campaign formats, APIs, and operating procedures may change. We may add, remove, or modify functionality as we improve the product or respond to platform requirements.
9. No Warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, message delivery, platform approval, continued API availability, or any specific business result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadPaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform restrictions, account restrictions, missed messages, or third-party service failures.
